Day 1&2, involves fast from ordinary foods. The protein shake replaces one meal, the other meal is restricted to a given list of veges and fruits (with low GI) to choose from but portion must not be more than 300 calories for women and 600 for men. Also requires you to do 30 minutes light exercise
This is in addition to the supplements n aloe juice which their intake is also scheduled

Day 3-9. This is now getting easier. You can now add carbs n protein to the 300/600 calories meal. You may go up to 600-women/1000 men.

How does it work?
Science explains that our fat cells become surrounded by toxins. These toxins come from our convenience or processed diets, toxins in the atmosphere, our homes, our cars and environment.
C9 works by stripping away those toxins such that the fat cells are then exposed and the body can now access this ‘food store’ for energy production (by converting to Glycogen).
